Summary
Join Altera Digital Health's expanding team as a Principal Content Editor, focusing on the Sunrise product. This pivotal role demands ensuring high-quality content meeting industry standards. You will own content formatting, configuration, and release, partnering with Solution Management to prioritize content solutions. Strategic goal setting and team coordination are key, along with proactive problem-solving and regulatory compliance. Project management skills are essential, including planning, status updates, and issue escalation. The position requires extensive Sunrise configuration experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Own formatting, configuration, standardization, documentation, testing, maintenance, packaging and release of solutions content and related components
- Partners with Solution Management to prioritize and specify content solutions for Sunrise EHR
- Actively participate in content solution vision that supports overall strategic plan and goals; Sets strategic goals and plans for their successful execution as they relate to the overall content solutions
- Coordinate team activities for content solutions, research product objectives, provides guidance, direction, decision making, prioritization, and helps facilitate the smooth transition of content deliverables
- Proactively identify solutions to complex content problems and enhancements, looking for creative solutions
- Works closely with regulatory bodies to ensure documents are in compliance with government policies, procedures, and regulations
- Develops rigorous testing standards for the clinical review of internal content as well as content provided by vendors or customers
- Provides project management for multiple team projects, including development and maintenance of project plans, status updates, task prioritization and issue escalation when needed and Identifying functionality gaps
Preferred Qualifications
- ClinDoc and Core experience is preferred
- Project management experience and lead experience is preferred
- This position will suit a strong communicator with experience building strong relationships internally
