Summary

Join Altera Digital Health's expanding team as a Principal Content Editor, focusing on the Sunrise product. This pivotal role demands ensuring high-quality content meeting industry standards. You will own content formatting, configuration, and release, partnering with Solution Management to prioritize content solutions. Responsibilities

• Own formatting, configuration, standardization, documentation, testing, maintenance, packaging and release of solutions content and related components
• Partners with Solution Management to prioritize and specify content solutions for Sunrise EHR
• Actively participate in content solution vision that supports overall strategic plan and goals; Sets strategic goals and plans for their successful execution as they relate to the overall content solutions
• Coordinate team activities for content solutions, research product objectives, provides guidance, direction, decision making, prioritization, and helps facilitate the smooth transition of content deliverables
• Proactively identify solutions to complex content problems and enhancements, looking for creative solutions
• Works closely with regulatory bodies to ensure documents are in compliance with government policies, procedures, and regulations
• Develops rigorous testing standards for the clinical review of internal content as well as content provided by vendors or customers
• Provides project management for multiple team projects, including development and maintenance of project plans, status updates, task prioritization and issue escalation when needed and Identifying functionality gaps

Preferred Qualifications

• ClinDoc and Core experience is preferred
• Project management experience and lead experience is preferred
• This position will suit a strong communicator with experience building strong relationships internally
