Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance management or a related function, with proven success in leading goal-setting and review processes
  • Experience implementing and optimizing performance management systems
  • A passion for facilitation and enablement across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to create change management strategies and communication plans for performance initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • A track record of creative problem solving to drive the highest impact for customers (employees)

Responsibilities

  • Lead goal-setting processes, feedback cycles, and annual performance reviews
  • Partner closely with Strategy & Operations to ensure a consistent throughline between goals and OKRs
  • Serve as the business owner of Workboard, managing the system from a talent management perspective
  • Enable and equip stakeholders to participate in relevant areas of the performance process to include HRBPs, People Managers and HR Technology
  • Report on performance management outcomes and progress to stakeholders, including executives
  • Deploy structured change management approaches to enhance process adoption and engagement
  • Create and execute communication plans that clarify changes and expected impacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in organizations using the OKR framework and using Workboard
  • Familiarity with Workday’s Talent Management module
