Summary

Join Pair Team as a Principal Product Manager and lead the charge on critical initiatives to redefine how vulnerable populations receive care. You will be a strategic partner to company leadership, guiding product vision and execution, working at the forefront of AI-enabled care delivery. This role involves building systems that blend clinical, operational, and machine intelligence. You will make a meaningful impact on real people's health, operate autonomously on strategic initiatives, and collaborate across various teams. The ideal candidate is a product leader who can scale a product organization effectively and build for complexity. Pair Team is committed to improving the wellbeing of underserved communities through increased access to high-quality care.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with prior ownership of a complex, high-impact product area
  • Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives across product, engineering, design, and operations
  • Fluency with technical systems and ability to work closely with engineering partners
  • Strong user research and data analysis skills; able to generate insights from both
  • Deep curiosity and humility, especially about underserved communities and complex care delivery

Responsibilities

  • Lead major strategic product areas tied to company OKRs and long-term roadmap
  • Own multi-pod product initiatives from vision to launch to scaling
  • Develop product strategy in partnership with clinical, operations, and engineering leadership
  • Operate with deep fluency in product, business, and technical dimensions of your domain, including active leadership in system architecture and infrastructure design
  • Use AI tools and Pair’s internal platform to rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes and workflow automations β€” not just author PRDs
  • Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to shape decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate effectively
  • Mentor other PMs and engineers through informal coaching, modeling strong product thinking and execution
