Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development with a focus on FE technologies
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern FE frameworks/libraries ( React. , Angular, Vue.js, etc.). Experience with NodeJS or Java backend development
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GraphQL, RESTful APIs and web services
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with database technologies: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Experience: Experience in building modern cloud services using microservices
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication: Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (in English) for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead FE Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications with a focus on user experience and responsive design
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Collaborate with BE developers to ensure seamless integration between FE and BE systems
  • Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and lead the development of new features and functionalities
  • Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and testing
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-moving FinTech startup is a plus
