Requirements

- Advanced understanding of distributed architectures and technologies
- Advanced object-oriented programming experience
- Strong technical team leadership skills
- 3+ years of experience in positions: Team Lead, Senior/Leading Performance Analyst, Senior/Leading SDET Quality Manager
- Proven track of delivering reliable and adaptive performance testing frameworks
- Problem-solving mindset and desire to charge your team to do amazing things
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate performance analysis division
- Envision and research the most effective performance testing approaches
- Design and implement complex performance testing frameworks within distributed high-load systems
- Evaluate, monitor, and articulate decisions to the key stakeholders
- Work on best practices across your team and Company in general
Preferred Qualifications
- FinTech testing or a trading background β Devexperts creates FinTech, and your experience will be very valued
- People management: hiring, motivation and continuous improvement background
- Presentation mastery - we would like to promote the best ideas and mentor our engineers
