Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience in game production across early product development through live game operations
• Experience driving decision making, prioritization, and measurable results for a live service product
• Strong business acumen and confident risk analysis skills
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical individuals
• Management experience of Producers with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead Producers with their multidisciplinary teams
• Work with a variety of stakeholders to establish an overall vision and strategy for the broad, interconnected feature set you oversee
• Heavily influence strategic efforts and critical decisions across all of Hytale
• Establish strong practices for delivery of work
• Coordinate the creation of plans, reports, and updates that keep stakeholders and customers informed about status, progress, risks, and considerations
