Summary

Requirements
- You have been hands-on in product design experience for many years
- Rock product experience design skills matured by working in the industry for 10-15 years or more — with a good part of those at enterprise software product companies
- You are good at mentoring, coaching, and helping the product and the team bring a product shine
- Can-do attitude with a very hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Able to work and scale within a fast-growing environment, while thinking and planning strategically
- High drive, ability to deal with conflicts, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in English), and strong cross-department collaborator

Responsibilities
- Work across the organization to ensure we are building a coherent, cohesive, and consistent product experience for our customers
- Challenge and drive customer-centric product experience and help build more predictable cross-journey experiences
- Support cross-solution product experience design initiatives and have agility to still work in the craft for strategic projects
- Align with organizational leadership to work towards a cohesive and unified strategy
- Develop and nudge our design organization forward, directly collaborating with UX management and the extended team
- Help grow the Design & Experience department, by collaborating with cross-lab internal partners (e.g. talent acquisition, HR, product, engineering)
- Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously
- Live, support, and help to further develop Dynatrace's culture & values
