Responsibilities

• Owning product vision, feature set, and roadmap usdc.com, driving user engagement and awareness
• Collaborating with various teams across Circle, understanding end user pain points and discussing new product ideas, communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and gaining alignment as well as unblocking progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous domain expertise in managing and growing consumer-facing online products and their websites
• Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver best outcomes for the product
• Experience working closely with Marketing teams and integrating digital marketing efforts with website strategies

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
