Principal Product Manager

Summary

Join Constant Contact as a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for key product areas. Lead a team of engineers to deliver impactful features, grounded in insightful research and driving significant ROI. Key goals include strengthening customer retention, accelerating customer growth, streamlining customer workflows, and redefining user experience. You will use research and metrics to construct and defend ideas, communicate effectively with various audiences, and advocate for design excellence. Collaborate with various stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements. This role requires 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple B2B SaaS and SMB products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product areas
• Proven track record of bringing B2B SaaS and SMB products to market is a must
• Demonstrated ability to influence product and engineering organizations and navigate complex, ambiguous challenges
• Experience concurrently leading multiple product areas
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments
• Strong communicator, and capable of balancing excellent design with timely delivery
• Ability to empathize with users and champion their needs throughout the design process

• You understand how design impacts development and vice versa
• Your designs should be feasible to implement, and you'll make sure they're developed accurately
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements
