Principal Product Manager

Summary

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead our mobile product strategy, define the mobile product strategy for Firefox and Firefox Focus, and set priorities balancing near-term initiatives with longer-term investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including impactful leadership roles for major products
• Deep product experience with native-mobile applications with millions of users
• Strong product sense and understanding of user problems
• Experience setting a portfolio approach to investments across products
• Excellent interpersonal skills, which include active listening and the ability to present complex ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions
• Experience working with external partners both in the U.S. and abroad in a product management role
• Experience identifying customer and business problems, participating in the product vision, and writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience
• Experience crafting strategies to differentiate a product in a crowded space

Responsibilities

• Define the mobile product strategy for Firefox and Firefox Focus on iOS and Android
• Clearly set the product priorities, balancing near-term initiatives with longer-term investments
• Work across teams to ensure we have the right mobile product investments to deliver a phenomenal mobile browsing experience
• Be a product evangelist, partnering closely with design and engineering leaders to simultaneously meet user and business needs
• Reliably communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams
• Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into concrete product recommendations
