Principal Product Manager

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in driving successful cloud security, fraud or bot security product development from concept to launch
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams, assess feasibility, and make informed decisions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise creative solutions
• Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases
• Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Web Security or related fields
• Familiarity with Cloud Security/Bot Management and its unique challenges and opportunities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for product development, such as Scrum or Kanban
