Principal Product Manager - Experimentation

Requirements

• Product Management or equivalent experience (Entrepreneur, Engineer Manager) building products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Track record of taking innovative B2B financial solutions or financial SaaS products from concept to production with strong adoption results
• Practiced at using research, experimentation and product analytics to define high priority use cases and guide decision making
• Exceptional curiosity, problem-solving and communication
• Familiarity with the latest advancement of AI/ML technology, industry trends, key players
• Motivated and capable of high standards and speed in a high growth, early stage environment

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic, thought-provoking AI/agent driven product initiatives from concept to launch to breakthrough adoption
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs and success metrics for your products
• Work side-by-side with your engineering and design squad
• Direct research to uncover customer needs and prototype experimentation to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot
• Run with unconventional ideas and challenge status quo assumptions to unlock new ways to serve customers, and use data to achieve a coveted product/UX
• Prototype fast, demo weekly, inspire teams to take on the next thing with exceptional storytelling ability and cross-functional leadership

• The annual US base salary range for this role is $206,000 - $340,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Pipe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process
