Summary
Join Wrapbook's growing team as a Principal Product Manager I and help scale our core product areas! You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company & project onboarding team. This role requires leading complex projects with cross-team dependencies, partnering with engineering and design, and deeply understanding customer needs to solve problems creatively. Requirements
- 8+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) stakeholders and teams to define and implement requirements
- Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization
- Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas
- Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion
- Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry
Responsibilities
- Independently define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company & project onboarding teamβs ownership areas
- Identify long-term inflection points that are the highest points of leverage for the company, and take it from concept to launch
- Lead projects for multiple related areas with high complexity that include cross-team dependencies and architectural requirements
- Work with leadership to influence, prioritize, and deliver value to customers
- Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers
- Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems
