Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)ยฎ Certification
  • PRINCE2ยฎ (Projects IN Controlled Environments) Certification
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Science, Technology, or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of project management experience delivering large, complex projects
  • Strategic leadership - a solution-oriented strategic thinker who is a quick learner and able to influence an organization at all levels and lead efforts to improve and strengthen organization effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to find a common solution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Line Managers and Platform Product Owners to develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives
  • Assist the Core Product team in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Track product performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Track delivery dates and ensure timely product releases
  • Oversee the release management process, working cross-functionally to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Communicate roadmap updates and progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Address and resolve any product-related issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agile software development and best practices
  • Experience in both software, hardware, and IoT platforms
  • Backlog and Sprint development knowledge (i.e. Jira)
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering programs/projects under demanding timelines
  • Decision making and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
