Summary

Join Caylent, a cloud native services company, as a Principal Strategist, Media and Entertainment to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for Media and Entertainment. Develop and Implement Caylent’s Media & Entertainment Go-To-Market, Deliver Strategic Engagements, and act as Caylent's primary expert for the Media and Entertainment vertical.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation, specifically within the Media and Entertainment industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing GTM strategies focused on media transformation
• Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, including streaming, digital distribution, and content management
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic engagements with key clients, fostering high-value relationships
• Experience in guiding Media and Entertainment organizations through significant digital and platform transformations
• Highly collaborative, adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment
• Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS
• Willingness to travel for customer and AWS meetings

Responsibilities

• Craft and sustain our Media and Entertainment GTM strategy, focusing on transitioning clients from legacy systems to modern, digital-first platforms
• Collaborate with sellers to effectively bring the GTM strategy to AWS and our clients, targeting the acquisition of new strategic customers in Media and Entertainment
• Maintain alignment with Technical Practices to ensure a holistic approach that addresses both market positioning and technical capabilities
• Lead strategic engagements for key Media & Entertainment clients, providing expert insights at critical points to guide strategy and maximize success
• Support other delivery resources and Engagement Leaders in navigating the unique challenges of the Media & Entertainment industry
• Enable internal teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success Associates, Principal Consultants, and Delivery personnel with Media & Entertainment knowledge, in collaboration with AWS
• Populate libraries with Media & Entertainment-specific materials that align with Caylent’s frameworks
• Capture and disseminate wins and success stories within the Media & Entertainment vertical to foster a culture of learning and achievement

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS or other Cloud Certifications
• Experience in competitive Cloud ecosystems to AWS
• Experience in AWS consulting with top-tier Media and Entertainment clients clients
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery
