Principal Technical Product Manager, Application Infrastructure

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company plus 5+ years of experience in a technical role
• Strong engineering background: understanding of APIs, layer 7 networking, event-driven architecture, and other integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with Service mesh and data plane platforms, such as Envoy
• Hands-on experience with Event-messaging and communication platforms, such as Pulsar, and SMS and email providers, such as Twilio and Sendgrid
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with open-source technologies and communities
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for our Application infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term strategy for application infrastructure and services
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners
• Work closely with our security, compliance, and R&D teams to ensure the success of the platform
• Monitor and analyze the success of delivered products, identifying areas for improvement and growth
