Privacy Advisor

Summary

Join DeleteMe's Privacy Operations team as a Privacy Advisor and help members remove their personal data from the internet. You will audit personal data, manage removal requests, and communicate information accurately and promptly. Troubleshoot challenging websites, maintain detailed activity logs, and provide feedback on problem sites and internal tools. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, familiarity with G Suite, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills, able to coherently communicate verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with G Suite tools (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.)
• Passion for learning and an ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and educational manner
• Adaptability, able to keep up in a fast moving, dynamic workplace
• Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems at once

Responsibilities

• Assist DeleteMe members to find and remove their personal data from across the internet
• Troubleshoot "problem sites" - using creative problem solving to ensure our members data is removed from adversarial data brokers
• Maintain detailed activity logs documenting your progress
• Provide constant feedback to Privacy Advisor Team Leads/ Managers on both “problem sites” and internal tooling improvements
• Assist with ad-hoc requests for data removal as needed
