Summary

AffiniPay is seeking a highly skilled Privacy and Security Manager to develop, implement, and maintain its organization's privacy and security. The role involves designing policies, conducting risk assessments, managing compliance, delivering training, managing vendors, responding to incidents, conducting PIAs, maintaining data governance, and coordinating audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIPP) preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy and security adjacent roles, preferably in the financial industry with SaaS exposure

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Privacy and Security Policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats
  • Ensure compliance with relevant privacy and security laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop and deliver privacy and security awareness training programs
  • Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers
  • Partner with the VP and manager of Information Security on incident response
  • Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments for new projects, systems, or processes
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external security audits and assessments
