Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy, with a particular emphasis on digital health
• Deep understanding of managing sensitive health data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy laws
• Experience in implementing privacy-by-design principles in healthcare technologies
• Your background should also demonstrate your ability to navigate the unique challenges of data protection in the health sector, from patient consent to data encryption and beyond

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Curai’s privacy program, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain privacy policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and manage data breaches to protect sensitive patient information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design into product development
• Drive privacy training initiatives to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices
• Monitor and interpret evolving privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) to advise on compliance strategies
• Continuously refine Curai’s privacy framework to keep pace with technological and regulatory changes
