Program Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a role requiring strong organizational skills, fast execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excel at producing clear, concise, and actionable written communications (emails, reports, etc.) as well as oral in English
• Be skilled at resolving conflicts and unblocking teams when they encounter challenges
• Have the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
• Be able to manage multiple projects and timelines, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Have experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and be comfortable with iterative project management
• Have experience with tools like Jira for managing tasks, sprints, and issues

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders to inform decision-making on investment allocations and prioritization
• Identify, track, and report on PMO metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to the development of new processes, standards, and operational plans that support the achievement of company objectives
• Lead retrospectives with product and engineering teams, gathering insights on what’s working and what needs improvement
• Refine and update the product development process
• Manage and oversee multiple programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with company objectives
• Develop and track comprehensive project/product plans, timelines, and progress across various initiatives
• Identify key stakeholders and proactively manage their expectations
• Facilitate cross-team communication and work effectively with diverse roles and work styles to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives
• Serve as the go-to person for product managers and engineering managers on best practices for using Jira effectively
• Create and manage teams, boards, and work cycles within Jira
• Continuously assess the need for additional or alternative tools to centralize project information and content efficiently
