Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Up to 2 years of related working experience in consulting, banking, or tech startups
• Excellent command of both English and Bahasa
• Demonstrated drive and motivation to explore and acquire new skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Highly proficient in using MS Excel; proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau is preferable

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze gaps in operational metrics to enhance organizational efficiency
• Diagnose root causes of gaps, focusing on both people and process design
• Design and propose comprehensive solutions, incorporating new tools, features, standard operating procedures (SOP), automation, and manpower training as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including Data, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, to drive and deliver effective solutions
• Implement solutions and closely monitor metrics to ensure sustained improvements
• Establish monitoring dashboards and a regular cadence to maintain and optimize operational metrics proactively
