Join WRS Health as a Process Optimization Engineer and lead process improvement initiatives across various internal teams, including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, focusing on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. You will analyze and document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design optimized processes. Leverage data-driven approaches, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance efficiency and performance. Implement technology solutions to automate processes and integrate systems. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and drive process ownership. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Industrial Engineering, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
- Hands-on experience supporting shared services teams such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Bizagi)
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quicksight)
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), HR tools, marketing platforms, and finance software
- Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state workflows across HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
- Identify pain points, redundancies, and areas for standardization or automation
- Design optimized future-state processes to improve quality, speed, and alignment across departments
- Define and track operational KPIs relevant to each department (e.g., onboarding turnaround, campaign production time, budget approval cycles)
- Use Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable gains in efficiency and performance
- Deliver actionable insights and process performance reviews using Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to eliminate manual steps and improve handoffs across teams
- Support system integrations between CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), finance tools, HR platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Ensure automation strategies align with compliance, data security, and business continuity standards
- Build and maintain clear SOPs, process maps, and training documentation for optimized workflows
- Standardize documentation practices to ensure continuity and ease of adoption across global and remote teams
- Partner with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather input and drive process ownership
- Lead pilot programs to test improvements and collect feedback before broader rollout
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging team leads and reinforcing new practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to build trust and consensus
