Summary

Join Centric Software's dynamic Finance team as a Procurement Manager! Lead and execute strategic procurement activities, analyze market trends, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services at optimal costs. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics, identify risks, and ensure compliance. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and experience in procurement project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in procurement software, data analytics tools, and vendor management best practices
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and working with various contract types, pricing structures, terms, conditions, SLAs, and warranties
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards
  • Team-player attitude with a strong focus on collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and supplier performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with business objectives and assist in the development of procurement strategies, policies, and processes
  • Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, service level agreements, and quality standards, while coordinating with Legal and Information Security teams on contract reviews
  • Utilize analytical tools and systems to assess supplier data, generate reports and forecasts, and support procurement planning and decision-making
  • Provide strategic insights on procurement trends, risks, and performance, and support decision-making to enhance procurement effectiveness and meet business goals
  • Administer the travel platform and assist employees with travel-related inquiries
