Summary
Join Docplanner Group as their Procurement Manager and develop and execute procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and optimize purchasing processes to support company growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and negotiating with vendors, managing vendor relationships and contracts, working cross-functionally with other teams, conducting market research, monitoring procurement metrics, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of procurement experience (preferably in SaaS or technology), strong negotiation skills, and experience with contract management and procurement software. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a SaaS, IT, or technology-driven company
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
- Experience in contract management, cost analysis, and procurement software tools
- Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, cloud services, and IT procurement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
- Excellent English communication (written and oral)
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for SaaS solutions, IT services, and other operational needs
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal and other teams to ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance requirements
- Conduct internal and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, new technologies, and best practices in SaaS procurement
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
- Oversee procurement budgets, cost control measures, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain contracts (mostly saas) database in procurement tool
- Collaborate on the development, implementation and maintenance of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize sourcing and purchasing activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to software procurement
