Requirements

- Moderately proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion
- Excels in an ever-changing environment, demonstrating adaptability and quick problem-solving
- Contract Management - Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and contract repositories
- Builds strong working relationships, contributing to effective teamwork and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Reviewing daily the procurement queue making sure that requests are being actioned as appropriate
- Setting up discussions as needed with the business, supplier and other stakeholders as needed to help drive alignment, address questions and drive outcomes
- Collaborate with Legal as needed to ensure documentation and version control is being managed and the correct final documents are being queued to Legal for signatures
- Assist with the collection of any supplier documentation needed to onboard the supplier into the company
- Assist in creating a centralized procurement forum whereby we can respond to general procurement inquiries and provide guidance as to process, steps, preferred suppliers, etc
- Coordinate and participate in supplier business reviews
- Provide support and feedback related to our T&E policy
- Reach out and engage suppliers related to negotiations, contracts, security documentation needs and set up
- Support the travel category and administration within our Travel Agency partner
- Provide support on continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Support running Strategic Sourcing processes and handling negotiations with suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Brings 5 years of valuable experience in Procurement, ideally within a global context
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, coupled with practical contract experience
- Demonstrates hands-on experience with procure-to-pay solutions, showcasing a nuanced understanding of the process
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Expensify, highlighting a tech-savvy approach to streamline processes
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Exhibits experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, indicating proficiency in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
- Displays expertise in the Procurement Travel and Expense (T&E) category, providing added value to the role
