You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of features, events, and updates. This position requires strong project management skills, collaboration with various teams, and a passion for gaming and Web3 innovation. As Producer, you will manage daily operations, develop production schedules, facilitate meetings, and prioritize tasks to deliver exceptional player experiences. You will also monitor KPIs, identify risks, and collaborate with designers, developers, community members, and marketers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Live Operations, production, project management, ideally within gaming and mobile
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in project management software
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams
• A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining momentum

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of CryptoKitties: ALL THE ZEN!, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
• Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking project progress and milestones
• Facilitate meetings, ensuring action items are clearly defined and followed up on
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, community, and marketers to deliver updates, events, and new features
• Prioritize tasks and resources, ensuring the most impactful work is completed on time
• Support the LiveOps team in launching in-game events, updates, and new content
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in analyzing data to inform priorities
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with blockchain and Telegram games
• Passion for CryptoKitties, gaming, and exploring new frontiers in blockchain and entertainment
