You will serve as the client's main point of contact, providing regular updates and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled planner with technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience leading web-based digital projects is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading digital or web projects from start to finish — managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams including design and development

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of projects with clear plans and priorities, cross-functional communication, and proactive issue resolution
• Deliver work on-time, on-budget, and meeting scope requirements
• Serve as the client's point of contact on assigned projects and work streams, effectively communicating day-to-day updates
• Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships
• Support the development of new business proposals and pitches
• Drive the development of accurate project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization and profitability
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating as appropriate
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards for exceptional work
• Suggest and implement new tools and approaches to projects
