Summary

Join our team as a producer and lead the production and delivery of exceptional work, managing projects from start to finish. You will serve as the client's main point of contact, providing regular updates and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled planner with technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience leading web-based digital projects is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading digital or web projects from start to finish โ€” managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams including design and development

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of projects with clear plans and priorities, cross-functional communication, and proactive issue resolution
  • Deliver work on-time, on-budget, and meeting scope requirements
  • Serve as the client's point of contact on assigned projects and work streams, effectively communicating day-to-day updates
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Support the development of new business proposals and pitches
  • Drive the development of accurate project scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization and profitability
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating as appropriate
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards for exceptional work
  • Suggest and implement new tools and approaches to projects
