Responsibilities

• Working closely with the sales team and Business Development Managers to contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Quoting orders/driving the profit margins on orders placed by Campus Managers
• Acquiring suitable products tailored to requirements
• Working on logistics for Campaign launches
• Checking on timelines with Campus Managers
• Checking Stock for Campus Managers
• Communicating with Vendors/Campus Managers/Sales Team to resolve issues
• Sourcing new Products/Suppliers and creating wholesale accounts with new vendors
• Answering logistical questions for Campus Managers, printers, and wholesalers

Preferred Qualifications

• Excel proficiency
• 1+ years of work experience in customer service/relevant fields preferred
