Product Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Product Analyst in Calm's B2B business. Responsibilities include producing ad-hoc analyses, building operational dashboards, engineering data models, partnering with product managers and engineers, and serving as a bridge between the B2B product and go-to-market teams. Requirements include experience working in a product analytics tool, building and maintaining data products in a BI tool, building data models, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and having strong proficiency in SQL. Requirements

• Experience working in a product analytics tool such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Heap
• Prior experience and enthusiasm for building and maintaining data products in a BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Experience building data models, preferably using dbt
• Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and translate technical solutions to business outcomes
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing others within and across immediate working groups
• Hands-on experience building data documentation and testing practices
• Comfortable being an early team member and navigating ambiguity
• Experience working with cloud based data warehouses like Google BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Produce ad-hoc analyses on data across various sources
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in BI tools
• Engineer data models for the production pipeline
• Partner with product managers and engineers to develop tracking plans
• Serve as a bridge between Calm’s B2B product and go-to-market teams
