Join our team as a Product Analyst for the Sweed product startup, where you'll lead analysis of large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst role
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate business insights in a clear and concise manner
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
• Expertise in Python for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of large datasets, proactively checking hypotheses, and extracting actionable insights to unlock business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, tech, and promo to support data-driven decision-making and implement strategies
• Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, design experiments, and analyze the results to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied probability theory, A/B testing, and causal inference will be a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or med-tech industries will be a plus
