Requirements

  • Significant Experience in a related analytical role (Product Analyst Manager, Data Science - Product Manager, CRO Manager, Digital Analytics Manager, or Experimentation Analytics Manager)
  • Experience of managing other analysts ideally within Product Analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science etc)
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • AB Testing / Experimentation skills
  • Tableau/Looker skills
  • Excel skills
  • Ability to lead the analytics discussions, driving change, shaping approach
  • Experience in a Product Analytics or similar role, covering AB Testing, Conversion Optimisation, Funnel and Feature Analysis
  • Passion for customer understanding and their experience, with experience of Segmentation and Cohort Analysis
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design etc, as part of a Product Approach
  • Ability to demonstrate the analysis of available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments in order to form a judgment by the application of rational, skeptical, and unbiased analyses and evaluation
  • Ability to demonstrate the best approach to analytical problems, applying critical thinking, and lead others by example in executing best practices

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvement in the product, through data, analytics and insight
  • Lead and Manage other analysts on Experimentation and AB Testing
  • Run the analysis for any tests, using our in house system and mentor others
  • Find opportunities to improve customer experience through Funnel, Feature and Cohort Analysis
  • Realise those opportunities, working with the Product Pod to provide insight that drives change, either through AB Testing or Release
  • Create reporting, analytics and insight views, that help the team to understand the product, the customer and commercial performance, whilst guiding others to do the same
  • Conduct segmentation, cohorts and customer understanding

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience in a Product Analytics or similar role, covering AB Testing, Conversion Optimisation, Funnel and Feature Analysis
