Join Recare as a working student in Product and Data and support our hospital clients in the holistic digitalization of discharge management. You will work with purpose, influencing patients and medical professionals. The hourly wage is β¬20.00 without experience and β¬24.50 with experience. Requirements
- Have good basic IT and network knowledge (infrastructure, server, IP address, domain, mh, firewall, SSO, etc.)
- Are studying in the field of (medical) informatics, digital health, medical management, or similar
- Work in a structured and organized manner and document your calls, appointments, and tasks
- Speak German at a native speaker level and have at least good English skills
- Communicate confidently with hospital IT, project and sales managers, as well as with product managers, developers, and designers
- Find it easy to organize yourself and your work in a remote/home office setting
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with integration and launch teams at existing and new customers within the framework of hospital information system integrations
- Be co-responsible for the technical part of onboarding our hospitals and support in the creation of configurations and testing of mappings
- Closely coordinate with the launch/integration teams and support the launch team with your technical knowledge
- Know the Recare interface description as well as the various integrations in detail and be able to confidently answer technical questions from the hospital IT department
- Work independently, be proactive in communication, and understand how to actively counteract potential delays
- Collaborate with product managers and product data analysts in the context of product development
- Support our product managers in the creation and maintenance of product documentation
- Support our product managers in the collection, documentation, and prioritization of customer feedback
- Have an interest in evaluating usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Gain insights into agile software development, be part of the product team, and proactively participate in agile ceremonies (such as daily, planning, or retrospectives)
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally already have experience in the healthcare sector and with the support of clinical information systems and/or the implementation of interfaces (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, IHE, CDA)
