Product Business Analyst

Summary

Join MeridianLink as a Product Business Analyst and author product requirements, acting as a subject matter expert on customer needs to guide R&D teams. You will collect and analyze data for business expansion, define root causes of business problems, and elicit, generate, and refine product requirements. Requirements

• Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Ability to apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

• Define the root causes of business problems with general guidance
• Elicit, generate, and refine product requirements for new and existing system functionality
• Document requirements in software development lifecycle artifacts
• Contribute to the preparation and review of test procedures and reports
• Test out the business processes and recommend relevant improvements
• Provide support as a project team member as needed
