Summary

Join MeridianLink as a Product Business Analyst to author product requirements for mortgage products, acting as a subject matter expert on customer needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
  • Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Ability to apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions

Responsibilities

  • Define the root causes of business problems with general guidance
  • Elicit, generate, and refine product requirements for new and existing system functionality
  • Document requirements in software development lifecycle artifacts
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of test procedures and reports
  • Test out the business processes and recommend relevant improvements
  • Provide support as a project team member as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Scrum framework
  • Mortgage industry experience
