Join Wrike as a Product Content Creator and contribute to the success of Wrike's solutions by crafting compelling content for various channels. You will bridge the gap between technical functionality and business value, demonstrating Wrike's impact to customers and prospects. This role requires a passion for learning, storytelling skills, and technical acumen. You will work closely with stakeholders, utilize Wrike and other design tools, and operate in a hybrid work mode to create content that showcases Wrike's value and aligns with best practices. You will be responsible for crafting product demonstrations, designing in-product templates, aligning demo environments, resolving demo account requests, gathering feedback, and working autonomously to generate creative solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, technical mastery of Wrike and Klaxoon platforms, empathy for customer challenges, and exceptional organization and project management abilities.

- A strong team-player ethos with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, coupled with self-starting and ownership skills
- A Bachelorβs degree plus 2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales, sales engineering, customer success, or marketing role within a SaaS environment OR a project management role in Marketing, Professional Services, Product Manufacturing, IT, Software Development, Construction, or another similar industry
Responsibilities
- By crafting compelling Wrike product demonstrations that visualize intricate business scenarios and user stories
- By designing and iterating on in-product templates and solutions that address specific industry needs and enhance customer experience with newly released Wrike functionalities
- By aligning demo environments and use cases to tell a consistent story
- By resolving demo account help requests
- By engaging with internal stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, refine content, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
- By working autonomously to generate creative solutions benefiting our broader Sales and Success teams, increasing scalability and reusability in our content strategy
- By partnering with product teams to share feedback and support customer-facing scenarios
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience using design thinking principles to solve complex problems
- A proven track record of creating impactful content and templates that align with business and customer needs in the technology sector
- Experience with or a desire to learn video editing
