Summary

Join StackAdapt's Advertising Technology team as a Product Data Analyst specializing in Mobile App User Acquisition (UA). You will analyze campaign data, define key performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics within advertising technology, mobile user acquisition, or performance marketing
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives for leadership and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Analyze past and present mobile user acquisition (UA) campaign data to identify key trends, measure effectiveness, and provide insights for optimization
  • Establish and refine the core metrics that drive mobile UA performance, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with BI, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to leverage their expertise in building scalable data solutions
  • Partner with Product and Machine Learning teams to analyze data trends, optimize targeting models, and enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the BI team to design and maintain data sources, dashboards, and automated reports that provide real-time insights for leadership
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, present key findings, and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders
  • Prepare and present QBRs to the leadership team, highlighting campaign trends, opportunities, and data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Understanding of key mobile UA metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Install Per Mille (IPM), Click-to-Install (C2I), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Kochava
