Summary

Join our analytics team supporting Authentication to help people quickly and effortlessly prove they are who they claim to be. You’ll create insight across critical biometric and facial intelligence components—like liveness, age estimation, and authentication—while aligning metrics with accuracy, response time, and conversion goals. Translate data into action, drive product clarity by tracking and improving key metrics, champion data quality, own impact analysis, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven product analytics experience, fluency in SQL and Python, experience with Tableau, and strong cross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills. Bonus points are awarded for skills in applying inferential statistical techniques and experience designing or interpreting experiments. The preferred location is Spain, followed by Estonia, and then the rest of Europe.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of proven product analytics experience
  • Are fluent in SQL and confident in Python (or eager to learn)
  • Are experienced in Tableau (or a similar BI tool) and can turn complex data into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Bring strong cross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills
  • Communicate complex insights clearly and work well with engineers, product managers, and UX
  • Thrive in fast-paced, technical product environments

Responsibilities

  • Translate data into action : Deliver insights that guide improvements in product performance and end user experience
  • Drive product clarity : Track and improve key metrics like MFR, FRR, conversion and propose new when relevant
  • Champion data quality : Define and uphold reliable metric standards across the Authentication ecosystem
  • Own impact analysis : Guide experimentation and A/B testing strategies across authentication flows to ensure the validity of insights
  • Work cross-functionally : Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align insights with Authentication roadmap goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in applying inferential statistical techniques to data analysis
  • Have experience designing or interpreting experiments
