Summary
Join Flatiron School as a Product Design facilitator and mentor the next generation of tech professionals. This part-time, 9-week contract involves guiding a small online class through provided coursework. Your primary role will be facilitating weekly 1-hour discussions and providing personalized feedback on student projects. The total compensation is $1800, paid bi-weekly. The position requires 2.5 hours per week, with synchronous sessions on Wednesdays at 7 pm CST. Successful candidates will possess 4 years of professional experience and demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment grading and constructive feedback on learners' projects, helping them refine their skills and achieve their goals
- Lead a small group of learners, fostering a collaborative environment and leveraging your expertise to facilitate lively discussion that connects the course milestones to real-world applications
