Summary
Join Flatiron School as a Product Design facilitator and guide a small class of up to 5 learners through online coursework. This part-time, 3-week contract involves facilitating two 90-minute synchronous sessions weekly and providing asynchronous feedback. The role requires 4 years of professional experience and a commitment to mentoring. Facilitators will lead discussions, provide assessments, and connect curriculum concepts to real-world applications. Compensation is $1800 total, paid bi-weekly. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment grading and constructive feedback on learners' projects, helping them refine their skills and achieve their goals

Preferred Qualifications
- Have mentoring/leadership experience
