Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in product design
• A compelling portfolio in UI, interaction, and visual design
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• A solid track record in designing for gamification and user engagement
• Strong background in user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for education and insights into the challenges and dynamics of math education

Responsibilities

• Directly craft and refine design elements, focusing on innovative gamification and AI integration
• Lead the design process from concept to reality, applying your expertise in a well-established, high-impact environment
• Engage in proactive user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs
• Work closely with our experienced product and engineering teams to bring your design visions to life
• Ensure an intuitive, delightful and engaging user experience across the Mathspace product suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation tools (Bonus points for Rive experience)
• A passion and curiosity for exploring the latest in Generative AI tools
