Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a Product Designer role at SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to define a customer-centric UX that balances product priorities, technical constraints, and UX simplicity
• Exceptional skills in the craft and execution of product design work, from high-level strategic direction down to UX design details
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once, rapid iterations, and delivering refined designs in a short time
• Proven bar raiser with a keen sense of high quality design and UX that drives user engagement and improves customer NPS
• Experience in using Figma to design products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate design decisions across the organization
• Act as a product owner, consistently generates customer insights and influences feature direction

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience for substantial existing and new parts of Aspire
• Understand our customers, our products, and our competitors to identify needs & opportunities to advance our product and the user experience
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces and workflows
• Lead the product thinking through design led frameworks and support it with information architecture diagrams, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for your features
• Conduct user research to identify pain points, determine priorities, and inform design decisions
• Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop and implement meaningful product and process changes
• Closely collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to solicit their feedback and understand customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

Work in a DTC (Direct to Consumer) experience or marketplace solutions would be a bonus - but not required
