Summary

Join Beamery as a Mid-Level Product Designer to design intuitive workflows for talent acquisition, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and contribute to an inclusive culture. This is a contract to permanent opportunity.

Requirements

• A proven track record taking on long-term projects designing complex digital systems or products that successfully solve user problems
• A deep understanding and appreciation for the entire product development process, from user experience research through to detailed UI and visual design
• Comfortable designing native products for all device types (desktop, tablet, phone)
• Excellent and persuasive communication of your design decisions and rationales
• The ability to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Figma (or any other industry standard design tool)
• A hungry self-starter who can collaborate deeply with engineers
• Someone who is looking to join, and participate in, a team with thriving culture and communication

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-impact workflows that help our customers excel in the talent acquisition space
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, making informed, high-quality design decisions
• Lead the design process end-to-end: conduct user research, distill insights, generate disruptive ideas, and design workflows and interactions to implement them
• Prototype ideas to quickly evaluate feasibility and fine-tune interaction details
• Rapidly iterate based on user and team feedback
• Take full ownership of your design work, driving iterations to enhance product performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with B2B SaaS is a plus, as the workflows you'll be designing are complex, requiring thoughtful problem-solving and attention to detail
