Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience focused on interaction design and information architecture
• Experienced and passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance
• Proficient with modern design tools like Figma

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision of our next generation user interfaces
• Quickly create user and developer experiences (mainly in Figma)
• Build clickable prototypes to show your product vision and aid in usability testing
• Conduct user research to understand developer needs and improve experiences to meet them
• Study competitor offerings to inform our designs and differentiate our experiences
• Work daily with the Product and Engineering teams to guide user experience decisions during development
• Create future product flows to show our vision to the company, board, and key prospect/customer executives
• Ensure consistency in the overall user experience and help develop a reusable Dfns design system
• Design new features and experiences in our dashboard and collaborate with product engineers on implementation
• Explain the reasoning behind interface decisions and advocate for features you prioritize
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying tools, templates, and techniques to enhance existing processes
• Shape our product strategy and direction by fostering a design-led culture
