Summary

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI-related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect that to the broader product vision
  • Customer obsession: deeply understand customer needs and design solutions that delight customers
  • Intellectual curiosity: have a deep interest in the interactions of customers with our product and dive into understanding all details of the experience
  • Highly proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Solid experience with at least one interactive prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Marvel, Framer)
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication: communicate complicated concepts in simple terms. Our business is international so English fluency is a must

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to identify and understand the project’s goals, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Deep dive with analytics and business intelligence to guide your design decisions
  • Participate in product discovery work, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, observation sessions, card sorting, A/B tests, and tapping into our conversion funnels and data
  • Lead the ideation, research, design, and development QA of user-centric products
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve design problems effectively and efficiently
  • Improve and maintain our internal design system
  • Be part of our design chapter that aligns the visual language and user experience across products

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HTML and CSS
