Requirements

  • Has proven experience in designing and delivering impactful products, preferably in a fast-paced, growing B2B organisation
  • Is experienced in creating user-friendly designs for both web and mobile applications
  • Will want to ship impactful, beautiful and evidence-based user experiences to our customers
  • Will be outcome-focused and autonomous
  • Demonstrates strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Works in the open – sharing ideas and designs early and often
  • Loves solving problems and making sure that they are using their time to solve the right problems
  • Is a great communicator, with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Will facilitate workshops, bringing cross-functional peers into the design process
  • Is a team player who knows how to get the best out of your peers and use design to build consensus with team members and stakeholders
  • Knows how to gather and act on customer insight and use it to drive the design process
  • Will have experience of building and maintaining design systems

Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to define problems, build, measure and iterate
  • Set the design vision for your team
  • Collaborate with other designers and our UX Engineering team to ensure our customers get the best experience
  • Work with UX Research to interview and test your designs with users
