Join Garner's Payments, Claims & Eligibility team as a strategically-minded, user-focused Product Designer. You will work on internal tools and user-facing experiences, collaborating with various teams. Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across internal tools and consumer-facing applications
- Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
- Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research to polished UI and implementation support
- A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility —you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight
- Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills —you can synthesize feedback and advocate for users
- A self-starting, humble mindset —you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Responsibilities
- Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and conception through to launch
- Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility
- Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries
- Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization
