Summary

The job is for a UX/UI Designer at Kodify based in Barcelona with remote/hybrid options. The role involves collaborating on innovative solutions, customer lifecycle design, making strategic decisions, designing wireframes and prototypes, developing responsive designs, managing visual design stages, employing a user-centered design approach, and conducting user interviews, usability testing, and survey design.

Requirements

• At least 3 years proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio in web/app design
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools, including Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Axure

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the product's direction, visuals, and user experience
• Responsible for creating features and experiences that support the full customer lifecycle—acquiring, activating, retaining, and recovering users—to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Make strategic design and UX decisions for core products and new features
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas
• Develop clean, modern, and responsive designs for a variety of devices and interfaces, including conversion-focused landing pages
• Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
