Product Designer

Summary

Join Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, as a Product Designer and contribute to shaping the user experience of our accessibility technology products. You will improve the platform experience for internal and external customers, applying systems thinking and human-centered design to build intuitive, scalable solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create flawless user experiences that enhance usability and drive business impact. This role involves designing user interfaces, collaborating on product requirements, contributing to the design system, conducting user research, supporting design strategies, providing design reviews, mentoring other designers, and analyzing existing products to recommend improvements. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital tools (web apps, native apps, plugins, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Strong ability to use data to inform design decisions
• Experience collaborating with product managers in agile environments
• Expertise in design discovery and problem framing
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of UX research practices and experience with unmoderated user testing tools like Maze

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for our digital accessibility products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and build design solutions
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs
• Support both short- and long-term design strategies across the product lifecycle
• Provide design reviews and mentor other designers
• Analyze existing products and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growth design
• Deep understanding of design principles and usability practices
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
