Product Designer

Summary

Loopio is seeking a Product Designer for their Sales Knowledge & Integrations team to work on product development, UX research, and collaborate with teams across different time zones. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in product design, with expertise in designing integrations or APIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product design role on a product design team, working across the entire product development lifecycle and successfully shipping products
• Working experience with designing integrations or APIs is a must

Responsibilities

• Be deeply involved in all aspects of product development and delivery from early-stage designs through to hands-on testing and implementation
• Study and solve complex user problems by exploring a wide breadth of ideas and converging on solutions using a strategic blend of user research, data, peer feedback, and professional intuition
• Partnered with product management and engineering leaders to define the product roadmap and prioritize feature releases
• Conduct UX research, with the support from Design leaders, using a thoughtful blend of generative and evaluative methods
• Leverage user data from digital experience analytic tools to inform your designs
• Facilitate design discussions with your Agile team, design peers, other Loopers, and even customers to effectively solve user problems with solutions that are innovative, effective, and technically feasible

Preferred Qualifications

Some experience in developing APIs would be a bonus
