Summary

Wealth.com is seeking a Product Designer with a minimum of 8 years' experience to design and implement design systems for their digital platforms. The role involves user-centered design, collaboration, prototyping & wireframing, documentation, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating and implementing design systems
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
  • Deep understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive design
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly with stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement design systems that enhance user experiences across digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with design leadership and product management to design new experiences
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders
  • Document design system components, guidelines, and best practices for internal teams
  • Review and test design implementations to ensure they meet design specifications and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the design system current and relevant

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing with front-end development in mind
  • Comfortable with creating responsive designs
  • Previous experience in designing for SaaS or enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices
